Tuition

Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st of each month. A late fee of $15 will be assessed to all payments not made by the 2nd of the month. We do not send out monthly statements. Please submit your payments directly to your instructor to avoid a late fee and/or suspension from class.

Private Lesson Rates

One half  hour private lesson per week (month with 4 lessons)  $160 per month
One half hour private lesson per week (month with 5 lessons)  $200 per month

Enrollment Fee: 30 per student (Due upon registration)

Private lessons are available by arrangement with the instructor.  Tuition for private lessons is due by the 1st of the month and is payable directly to the instructor. Please make checks payable to: Debbie De Mello Pine



Tuition Policy

Tuition is based on a year around schedule, but charged by the month for your convenience and adjusted according to the number of classes for which a student is registered. See schedule. Full tuition is due by the 1st of each month and is considered late by the 2nd of each month. Monthly installments do not vary, regardless of holiday closure or months in which 5 lessons are offered. Our program runs through all 12 months of the year. Tuition reserves a student’s place in class, whether or not they attend. Therefore, tuition does not vary according to attendance. There is a $15 late fee added to all tuition balances not paid by the 2nd of the month.


Refunds and Drop Notices

There are absolutely no refunds for monthly tuition or enrollment fees for any reason. If you wish to drop or suspend a class for any reason, an official 30 day notice drop or suspension form, accompanied by your final tuition payment is required.  Drop Notices must be turned in directly to the instructor. Verbal, text or email  notices will not be accepted. If your 30 Day Notice Form is not received at least 30 days prior to intended drop or suspension date, you will be responsible for the full tuition payment for the following month. Please see instructor for proper form. Students who wish to re-register after a period of more than 60 days will be required to pay enrollment  fee of $30.





Absences and Makeup Classes

There are absolutely no refunds or credits on tuition for any reason. This includes classes missed due to absence, illness or vacations. . On the rare occasion  the instructor must cancel due to illness or performance/rehearsal/personal commitments, classes will be rescheduled, based on studio availability. Parents will be notified if such an event occurs. There are no other makeup lessons offered for missed lessons at this time.
